Immigration Services: Should our clients want to employ a candidate that requires a Work Permit we will liaise with candidates to ensure they fully understand the immigration process and its requirements; accumulate and review all documentation to confirm they are in order; prepare the work permit applications for submission; and manage the advertisement process. We are familiar with local legislative requirements and recent amendments such as the Bermuda Immigration and Protection Act of 2017.
We can also provide on-going immigration management services, which includes renewal tracking and processing, title changes and temporary permit administration.
For relocating employees we will assist spouses and family members with their immigration applications and provide guidance on school applications for children, securing of housing, procuring of driver’s licenses, and coordination of the shipment of personal affects.
