Zoe manages our actuarial services offering having worked in both the Lloyd’s and Bermuda markets. She was the former Head of Reserving and Capital and Chief Actuary with a Bermuda Class 3B insurer and has extensive experience leading actuarial teams, pricing inward contracts, and presenting reserving outputs to senior management and necessary risk committees. In addition, she has significant experience producing Loss Reserve specialist opinions for BMA filings, and has worked with BMA to significantly improve process and outputs.
Zoe also has experience managing the calculation of BMA BSCR capital, the quarterly validation and documentation of ECM capital, comparison of BSCR and ECM for BMA CISSA filing, and regular stress testing and monitoring of risk appetites. Her system experience includes: ResQ, SAS, Access and VBA.
